Olin Corporation is a Virginia Corporation, incorporated in 1892, having its principal executive offices in Clayton, MO. It is a manufacturer concentrated in two business segments: Chlor Alkali Products and Winchester. 
 
Olin has been involved in the U.S. chlor alkali industry for more than 100 years and is the 3rd largest producer in the North American chlor alkali market. Chlor Alkali Products manufactures chlorine and caustic soda, sodium hydrosulfite, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen, potassium hydroxide and bleach products. 
 
Winchester is in its 140th year of operation and its 76th year as part of Olin. Winchester products include sporting ammunition, reloading components, small caliber military ammunition and components and industrial cartridges.
